Notes from the ODF TC teleconference call follow below.

*Patrick:*  Deletion - chart:area - leave headings but say deleted - 19.597.6 - use of the attribute table:cell-range-address - marked for deletion but should only delete the content but not the heading and put in text saying it has been deleted.

*Patrick:*  General principle is that deletions don't cause renumbering just as we put new material at the end to avoid renumbering

*Patrick:*  Can remove shall ignore because the attributes are deprecated in 1.4

*Patrick:*  Consumers shall ignore this attribute.

*Patrick:*  Leave the line alone.

*Patrick:*  part of the schema as optional attributes, but shouldn't

*Patrick:*  Amended propsal for OFFICE-4110 accepted by consent
