Issues to be included in ODF 1.4 and "feature freeze"

Hi all,

I suggest to resolve the following issues for ODF 1.4.:

Please have a look whether you can agree with this list, and whether you 
want to have any other issue resolved for ODF 1.4.

I propose, that with these issues included we make a "feature freeze" 
for ODF 1.4 and go the next steps to release the version ODF 1.4.
