Dear OIC members,


I've added some more details on the test meta data proposal:

I'm fairly happy with it, although it certainly isn't perfect,
but we really have to start creating documents and scenarios.

So unless there are strong objections (or better solutions),
I would suggest to focus on fine-tuning it this week, and open
a 1-week e-ballot during the next conference call (January 14th)
to accept it.
