Subject: OIC TC 2009-06-17 Meeting Minutes: No Quorum Achieved - Attendance Counts

OIC TC 2009-06-17 COORDINATION CALL

Date: Wednesday, 17 June 2009
Time: 13:30 - 14:30 UT

The roll call confirmed absence of a quorum with 5 of 10 Voting Members in attendance (6 required).

The OASIS Technical Committee Process provides the following instructions for meetings in which no Quorum is achieved,
<http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#meetings>:

"Without a quorum present discussions may take place but no business may be conducted; those present may act as a 'Committee of the Whole' as defined in Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, and make a report to the entire TC. Attendance must be recorded in the meeting minutes. Meetings without quorum shall still count towards attendance for purposes of Members gaining, maintaining, or losing voting rights."

This meeting minute accounts for the attendance and failure to achieve a quorum. Reporting on the discussion of the "Committee of the Whole" will be provided separately.
