State of Interoperability draft ready for approval as CD

I posted an updated version of the State of Interoperability Report, 
addressing the comments received during the previous review period as 
follows:

Since I posted the updated draft on June 16th I've received zero 
additional comments from the TC.  So I'd like to move this forward for 
approval as a new CD and send it out for public review again, a 15-day 
public review of the changes.

If we have 2/3 of voting members present on today's TC call will can vote 
on the following motion in the call.  Otherwise we can go for a 7-day 
electronic ballot:

Shall the TC approve the following document [1] as an Committee Draft; 

And shall the TC designate the ODF version of the CD as the authoritative 
version; 

And shall the TC request that OASIS send the document out for a 15-day 
public review; 

And shall the TC request that OASIS notify the stakeholders: ISO/IEC 
JTC1/SC34/WG5, OASIS ODF Adoption TC and OASIS ODF TC?
