2. STATUS OF ACTION ITEMS
  #0015 Template Scenarios. No progress
#0041 Battery of ODF 1.2 Assessment Documents. No report.
#0044 Split up Advisory 00002 - in progress
  #0046 Update Advisory 00007 - no change

3. DELIVERABLES / TEST CASES

3.1 Other Interop Advisories

The advisories that are not yet candidates:

   #00002 in progress
   #00007 pending
#00008 this awaits confirmation that the digital signatures that currently fail are actually valid. There is the possibility that the ODF Toolkit can be used for this.
#00009 Dennis has been editing the text of this advisory and review is requested.

Dennis summarized the new resiliency tests that he had uploaded to the SVN,
<http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/oic/TestSuite/trunk/odf12/ChangeTrackingResilience/>. A description document is needed.

Bart encouraged those who have ideas for other scenarios and advisories to start something.

3.2 Second "State of Interoperability" Report

No discussion.

4. FEEDBACK FROM ODF PLUGFEST BRUSSELS

Bart reviewed the presentations and observed that most issues at the Plugfest involved bugs in individual implementations and not problems with ODF itself.

5. FUTURE OF THE OIC

Continuing the discussion from the previous meeting, Bart wanted to know if people are happy with the OIC TC. There was interest in seeing more from the OIC and it was agreed that there is a resource problem with regard to the availability of effort against the opportunities that are present.

It was informally agreed that it is useful to continue the OIC TC.

6. ROUNDTABLE

Andreas is concerned that a change to the spreadsheet TIME() function that is changed in the release of Apache OpenOffice 3.4 contradicts the OpenFormula requirement for the behavior of the function. There's disappointment that implementers aren't double-checking against the ODF specifications before changing something.

Dennis commented that, in addition to reporting a bug against any implementations, this is a good opportunity to add a test suite on the TIME() function. Andreas will create one.

7. FUTURE MEETING PLANNING

The next call is 2012-05-30. Dennis will be absent and someone else will take minutes.

Respectfully submitted,

Dennis E. Hamilton, OIC TC Secretary
