I disagree with this statement Paul. My proposed approach. 1. A full testability assessment of the current ODF standard. 2. Produce a compliance test specification which is objective and implementable. 3. Report back to the main TC on areas unclear|untestable|lacking. 4. Interop can be derived from testability I believe.
