 Note that you also do already have the Bylaws fork in Section 5.6, which lets you choose to end-run the default timing, and set short deadlines, but only as a project-by-project exception for specific work. That was our original hedge for CI/CD type work streams.ÂÂ

ÂÂ As I recall, last time we touched the charter, we followed the same path your document described -- your Board goes ahead and approves their charter changes, and then we ratify.Â
