- Third-party copyrightÂassignment required by UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, and the University of Washington. I've attached the assignment documents; they are in the name of the organization that merged with LYRASIS.
- Hold contributor licensing agreements and appropriate code licenses/copyright grants on behalf of Samvera. We hold EU and US trademarks and we are in the long process of being granted the Canadian trademark (report attached) -- I think I forwarded an email about that already but I will forward it again.Â
- Samvera Community funds held in a designated account; $320,189 was the amount for the end of March, but of course we will need to know the total when the transfer happens.
