 Cuz' us being sorted on some HR stuff (among other things) rides on that. I mean, unofficially, I am sure she got it right; but just want to check.
 When we do sign, we should do a one-page resolution (three managers) saying "any one manager can sign" and then yeah, you can be the signatory. Mostly just to cover you. I'll supply the form.
