Subject: RE: OMF Operations Reports 2023

Thanks for the update Cathie. With the City dues revenue hopefully we are in the black again.

Andrew lets have a short discussion later this week about all this.

Hi Andrew,

Yes, SF and SJ are both in March and are included in the revised budget. I also have funds for Boston and Oslo in the forecast.

Great to see these moving forward !!

The contributions from San Jose ($25K) and San Francisco ($30K) will be in the March report correct?

I also now have commitments from Boston ($15K) and Miami-Dade ($25K) so moving in the right direction.

And just a little bit from Oslo in Norway ($3K).

Cheers,

AGH

Hi Andrew and Ramses,

I apologize for the delay in sending out these reports, Q1 has been a bit crazy.

Please review the attached reports and let me know if you have any questions or

if you want to schedule a call to review.  I have been updating the forecast

based on recording the voluntary contributions when they are received

and not deferring any of the proceeds.  I know there are several opportunities

that Andrew is still working on and hopefully they will be able to bring OMF

back to a positive Net Income.

Best,
Cathie
