Yes, I did see the messages. We had our annual Board & Staff meetings last week so I was tied up.Â

I am forwarding the contract to Scott for his counter signature. As you may remember, all contracts need

to be signed by OODF before I can execute them. ÂIn the future, if you could please provide the contractÂ

paperworkÂso we can review it would be optimal. I realize the OMF already has the funding to support the $30k contractÂ

to CoMotion based on theÂsupport from Passport, so let me get this signed and back to you.Â
