Attached is a contract for OMF who is working with CityFi as part of the Smart Cities Collaborative grant.ÂÂ
I've sent it along to Jamie for review but have not heard back yet. OMF needs to act on this in order to startÂ
fulfilling the scope of work. The contract is for $250k over 18 months. I have receivedÂcommitmentsÂfrom theÂ
cities for $800k so the contract will be covered by those funds. Since OODF and OMF are legally separate fromÂ
OASIS, the OASIS Board should not need to vote on it. It was submitted and approved in the 2024 OMF budgetÂ
approved by the OMF Board. Can you please sign and return to me and I will forward to Andrew?

Hello Cathie and Scott,
Below is the contract and SOW for Cityfiâs role in the SMART Grant Collaborative over the next 15 months.
Because we are using the same Cityfi contract template we recently signed I went ahead and had Cityfi sign the version below.
Payment terms are an initial $25K after contract signing for all the start-up work Cityfi has done with us and then $15K monthly for February and the proceeding 14 months, ending April, 2025.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Also, I just got the Minneapolis Collaborative agreement this morning so we will be able to invoice them soon.
