SLPF Comment Resolution: Conformance Profiles/ Options

All, 

Duncan Sparrell made a comment on September , 2018 via github issues.  
The issue is located at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-apsc-stateless-packet-filter/issues/18
The gist of the issue is that the conformance section is too simple, that is we need more conformance sections for each option 

I do not have a suggested resolution for this comment
