In addition to Joe's plea to use the SC list for discussions, please when using a distribution list, remove the 'doubles' on the to or cc (i.e. Dave, Bret, Allan, and myself all get two copies of the mail below - we are on the list, we only need one).
The other advantage of using the list (as opposed to list of names) is you can be assured everyone gets it who is interested. Sometimes the list gets lost in the list of names and you don't realize it's not going to everyone (which in general it should).
The advantage of using the SC instead of the TC is you don't spam as many people who don't care.
I would argue we still should worry about overloading people's inbox - we don't want openc2 to be the 'wolf' (i.e. People ignore openc2 email because too much they don't care about) which is why slack is a better forum I think. If people don't want slack, then maybe we should make more email lists (eg one for spec, one for glossary and leave existing one for LSC). Then everyone arguing the details would only be to those who cared.
Wrt wiki for 'discussions' - I think wiki's are fine for discussion, voting, etc but I'll go with the consensus if they would prefer all these details in mail. I would ask that things like the sample json' everyone is putting in the emails would be better done in the wiki with a link to it in the email.
