Stefan,

I do not think the calling everything to vote without some level of 
deliberation is a good way to 'grow the organism'.  We will discuss at the 
next TC and if adequately deliberated, we will vote on it, if not, will 
postpone.  Just because a motion is made and seconded does not mean it 
automatically is called to vote....

I sense quite some balloting in this TC already in its infancy (as an 
organism) and I wonder if this is a good mode for growing this "organism".
