Page 15, Line 11: the text here makes the HTTP Date: field mandatory. Suggest that the command or response date-time is not essential to the execution of OpenC2 commands, and that this header field be made option. This comment applies to the header requirements in Sections 3.3 and 3.4. Specifically:
