Standing Rule 5 authorizes the TC co-chairs to submit a WD for CSD and/or CSDPR.
Specification for Transfer of OpenC2 Messages via HTTPS Version 1.0, WD06 has been submitted by the IC-SC as
ready for balloting as the next CSD / PRD version of the document. As a co-chair of the TC, I approve the eballot and authorize TC secretary to prepare/issue the eballot on making this WD a CSD and submitting for public review as a CSDPR.
