        Recommendation X.1500 "Overview of Cybersecurity" was approved by the ITU in 2011 and amended 12 times with the most recent approval in Mar-2018. OC2 could recommend OpenC2 be added to the appropriate table, to an expansion of the 'security automation tools' in Figure III.1, and to an OpenC2 "comply-to-connect" use case as a new section III.3.
I propose the IC-SC consider how to modify this recommendation to include OpenC2, and that the IC-SC prepare a liaison to ITU with that suggestion for the 2021 SG17 meeting (ie no rush - wait until OC2 is a standard and we are sending them OC2 in a liaison along with how to modify existing standards like X.1500 to account for OC2).
