        This proposed ITU recommendation X.itssec "Methodologies for intrusion detection system on in-vehicle networks" is up for approval. Members of OC2 TC may want to review this document and follow this work for use cases we have not yet covered so we can further expand our language, actuator profiles, and transport specs to meet all needs. 

Note both the ids rules themselves and the commands to update the rules are potential candidates for the OpenC2 language but no work has yet been done yet in this area - either for classic network IDS or the automotive IDS shown here.  I encourage members to use their expertise create use cases and OpenC2 commands for this. 

Automotive scale should lend itself to automation (pun intended) with OpenC2. :-)
