TC Members: this is the
Special Majority Vote ballot regarding the charter clarification that TC members voted to conduct at the 17 February TC meeting. As a reminder:
âSpecial Majority Voteâ is a vote in which at least 2/3 (two thirds) of the eligible voters
vote âyesâ and no more than 1/4 (one fourth) of the eligible voters vote ânoâ.
So it is important that everyone vote prior to the Thursday deadline to ensure that we meet the threshold required to approve the charter clarification. As a
reminder, the deadline is set to 23:59 UTC, so compensate accordingly for your time zone. Or just vote today and the deadline wonât be a concern.
