Subject: EXT :[openc2] MQTT transfer spec pull request

I’ve created a new pull request (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-transf-mqtt/pull/26 [github.com]) against the MQTT specification. The primary focus of this PR is to restructure the document to match the current OASIS template. However, there are some other changes as well; this PR:

·         Revises the specification structure to align with the current OASIS template (major revision)

·         Adds a new deny example, based on sample code in A.1.1 of the SLPF AP

·         Eliminates an unneeded layer of indenture / numbering in Section 3

·         Moves the discussion of topic wildcard use into the Default Topic Structure section

·         renames example image files to match shift from Appendix A to Appendix E

·         Numerous small edits and corrections

The commit list identifies the small edits and corrections; they are almost certainly swamped out of the diff of the markdown file for the spec due to the restructuring.

Reviews, corrections, suggestions are all very welcome.
