        This WD reorganizes the JADN specification in accordance with the new OASIS template, includes a substantial re-write of the expository text, and makes minor technical updates to the JADN language (adds a third JSON serialization style, removes the unused Null base type, adds definition element defaults, and increases default maximum name length from 32 to 64 characters).

WD-02 is a release candidate for JADN v1.0 Committee Specification 01.
