As I recall, at the time the liaison
committee was chartered it was decided it would only cover the SCA TCs
and not the SDO TC.  I have now had a request from the SDO TC to be
its representative to the liaison committee. The SDO TC at this point is
primarily interested in being consistent with thing like document naming,
URI formats, etc.

I'm not sure if this is something we
can approve ourselves or if we need Steering Committee action.

Also, I am traveling next week and I
do not know yet if I will be able to make the call on Monday.
