Spec: Few updates done to the CAA and POJO specs. This will require a 
new CSD/PR. Spring spec ready for its 1st PR. Waiting for Spring TA+TCs

CAA and POJO specs and TA+TCs are done. The big issue is going to be 
figuring out the exit criteria. Waiting for Assembly TC to lead the way 
on this. Plus the TC is yet to examine the issue of what normative parts 
are tested in the test suite.

> - Compliant implementations for meeting the exit criteria

Expectation is that Tuscany and Fabric3 will provide the necessary 
implementations.

> - Any red flags, etc

The same as that of the Assembly TC.
