Member Section notices behaviour modified

CSA Member Section Members,

Per the vote of the Steering Committee, the default settings on this group
have been modified so that the following events DO NOT automatically trigger
a mail notice to the group.  
- Calendar Event Created, Event Modified, Event Cancelled
- Document Added, Document Modified
- Action Item Created, Action Item Modified

The option to send a mail notice exists, so that the person making the entry
can decide if their entry warrants a message to the mail list.

The Steering Committee has requested this modification so they can document
more of their work within the Member Section group (as opposed to the
smaller Steering Committee Group), but not send out mundane/irrelevant
messages to you (i.e. someone on the Steering Committee has an Action Item)

You will continue to receive all email sent to the Member Section list and
all activities posted to the Member Section will appear on both the Member
Section group page http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/opencsa-ms 
and your personal OASIS summary page at:
