does it make sense to also have open source / Tuscany included in the agenda?  if we want to have a compliance test suite, it's probably a good idea to coordinate this with testing in tuscany.  we did this in SDO earlier this year.

Plenary Week to the more social 3 day period of Tuesday-Thursday. That implies 
something like the attached draft schedule to squeeze everything in. Before we 
limit our host location options to just 3 days, can you please take a sanity 
check on the attachment (or an imagined variation of it) to ensure we're 
confident that we can cover what we need in 3 days.
