When do you think you will have the programme set for the plenary? It would be nice to post this to MS. If you have an overarching paragraph to describe the content of the Plenary, I can post to the OASIS event page and place on some other calendars.

I have a problem with BPEL and Bindings being run in parallel as well. I
suspect C++/Java overlap is going to be minimal.
