Another option could be for the SCA vendor suppliers & JBI vendor suppliers to each do their own thing (as per Jeff), but in addition: recommend to a company such as TIBCO to do a session which clearly demonstrates the value of both for their different reasons.

One danger with this approach, though, is that such a presentation must exemplify the value of EACH. Their is a danger in any implication that you must have both for a complete SOA solution. That message would benefit neither JBI nor SCA.
