SCA Pub review scheduling

   At the OpenCSA Steering Committee today we passed a motion:
  MOTION: Request that Mary send out the PR review statements
         for Assembly, Policy, BPEL and others that might be ready as
         as one announcement.

I took the AI to discuss with you.

  There was also questions as to when you actually start the public  
reviews.
