Open CSA Member Section now closed

Having concluded its work, the Open CSA Member Section is now closed.

All Technical Committees heretofore considered Open CSA Affiliated Technical Committees are no longer Affiliated and are no longer subject to the Provisions imposed on Affiliated TCs in the Open CSA Rules of Procedure. [1]. These TCs remain governed by the TC Process and their respective Charters.
