"50 or so" was an guesstimate, but you can see the actual list on the wiki 


46 are listed there, so a pretty good guess.  But note that in some cases, 
proposals were combined, so some of the final 17 and 5 map to more than 
one of the original 46.

Not in a single place yet.  The list will consist of public comments from 
our call for ODF-Next ideas, plus any other public comments the TC has 
agreed to defer to ODF-Next, plus member proposals which were deferred 
until ODF-Next.  These are scattered in various places now, but will be 
consolidated into JIRA.
