Status of the TC - is it time to close?

Members of the OASIS Open Reputation Management Systems (ORMS) TC, 

As you all know, the TC has been without a Chair since Nat Sakimura's departure from OASIS. In addition, the TC has been inactive since 2011.  

Under our OASIS rules, if a TC is without a Chair for 120 days, I am required to close it. (See https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#chairs.) 

Do the members still on the list wish to elect a new Chair and continue working or shall I proceed with closing the TC? 

If no one wishes to discuss this further or I hear no objections by next Thursday, April 21st, I will take that as an affirmative answer to my question and close the TC.
