Incorporates some minor changes and cleanups.
Additionally clarifies nature/types of input formats and implies nature of
output format.

This does not include any changes related to discussions (still open -
needs further discussions) on the taxonomy of
Context (aka criteria) - its format, type and scope of
definitions. The format states the criteria as a parameter.
But it leaves the definition open as of now. the discussion (1/7/2009)
carried it to specify a URI. How specific the
criteria types will need to be is not clear yet.
