Mani and Tatsuki got together to find out works should be done.
We figure out we need to start writing three documents listed below.
Each one has action items. Tatsuki thought that gathering requirements
is difficult at this point because there aren't clear needs for ORMS.
Therefore, TC should create pseudo(imaginary) use cases to extract
requirements. Well-known and existing use cases are ideal.

In the meantime, a draft spec(first cut) should be written to start
discussions about the spec. Usually it generates more ideas once 
a spec is provided. 

Since this was an unofficial meeting, these are only suggestions from editors.

1. Concrete Use Case
   ->Figure out how the ORMS data format used
     ->Including basic idea of reputation calculation algorithm
     ->Data collected as input, reputation calculation, Data output(Reputation Score)
   1)eBay, Amazon Online Merchant Evaluation
   2)Unified Communication (VoIP, Facebook) 

To Do:

-Write concrete use cases to show how the ORMS data will be applied.(Tatsuki, others?)
 ->How input data gathered?
 ->How the data calculated?
 ->What type data outputed and requsted?
 ->How the output transported?

2. Requirement Document
   ->Extract from 1.
   ->Gather more as discussion going
   ->The Wiki Page is available 

To Do:

-No action items. 
-However, TC members are encouraged to write requirements if they come up with ones.
 ->There is a table in the ORMS wiki page.

3. Draft Spec
   1)Data Modeling
     ->XML is an candidate to express the data modeling.
     ->Should discuss other formats as well if requested.
   2)Transport Protocol
     ->TBD. At least need to show an example protocol binding, profile, etc.
     ->Security Considerations and building "Trust" are other issues covered.
       ->Considered as separate documents(?) for sake of "Simplicity"

To Do:

-Look at the draft wiki page and complete the outline.(Mani, others?)
 (The wiki page is already prepared by Tatsuki.)
 ->Enough topics are covered?
 ->What else information needed?
 ->Where are sources of information?
