Some services that I examined don't use scores. Please see them in the RealLifeReputationExample Wiki page. http://wiki.oasis-open.org/orms/RealLifeReputationExamples Most of the services express the grades as "stars". This is typical to merchant sites including Amazon. I think we need to examine more common use cases to capture common denominator in features so that we can expect more adoptions.
