Minutes of OASIS OSLC CCM TC meeting on March 9th, and confirmation of meeting on Thursday March 23, 2017

This is to confirm we will hold a meeting
of the OASIS OSLC CCM TC on Thursday  March 23, 2017 at 7am US/Pacific
time. Note that 'Daylight Savings Time' has started in the US, so this
time may be different from the usual time for you.
