- Round of introductions and rollcall
- Elect chair
- Chair to take over meeting from Convener
- Appoint note taker and possibly permenant secretary role

- Review of voting procedures and other key procedural items to review
- Discussion on taking "seed" documents/spec and how to progress
- Look for editors to specs -- consider getting a "feel" for who will do it and/or take volunteers on the spot

- Logisitics for next  and reoccuring meetings

- Call for topics for upcoming meetings
