- Review of voting procedures and other key procedural items to review
- Review tools -- issue tracker, mailing list, events calendar, voting, recording of attendance, document repo, wiki?, chatroom, etc

- Vote to become affiliated TC with OSLC MS
- Discussion on taking "seed" documents/spec and how to progress (Steve)
