    Proposal: OSLC Core 3.0 should include a section on vocabulary discovery. This section should say that all domain specifications MUST provide an RDFS or OWL document for that defines the schema for the domain vocabulary. Every domain instance MUST have an rdfs:isDefinedBy property that references the RDF class that defines that instance.
