I recently modified the OSLC ReSpec to sort shape tables by property name. I will look into making the same change for vocabularies.

Jim, can you be more specific about suggested changes to the format?

> is used to create the Terms section of the OSLC 3.0 Core vocabulary. It currently does not sort the classes and properties. In addition, the format is not particularly visually appealing.
