The ReSpec version at https://ndjc.github.io/respec/builds/oasis/respec-oasis-common.js has support for oslc:representation in the shape tables, and also supports multiple values for oslc:range.
I have already adopted the proposed solution for OSLC Configuration Management, so you can view some new shape tables at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-ccm/trunk/specs/config-mgt/config-resources.html.
