Hi Jad,

 

I can open the page but it loads slowly and not every time. From https://pulse.turbobytes.com/results/595ac3f4ecbe405ffb00b122/ seems that the server returns

 

HTTP/1.1 508 Insufficient Resource

 

in many cases. I was suspecting some connectivity issues on the ISP side but maybe the server resources are getting throttled for some reason?

 

Brian, do you have more info on this?

It seems that the specs pages on open-services are down. I can no longer access pages such as http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCoreSpecification
