OSLC Query, first draft

I've finished editorial work for the first
draft of the OSLC Query spec (copied from
https://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecQuery)
and committed the change to SVN.
The document is available to review
at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-core/trunk/specs/oslc-query.html.
It contains references to OSLC Core
issues that I have raised in the Issue Tracker.
I'd like to start discussion on this
in the OSLC Core TC meeting on 26th October.
I'm out most of next week, but feel
free to add comments to the referenced OSLC Core issues.
