Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OSLCCORE-130) §1.2 References may be moved to the bottom

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OSLCCORE-130?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=68054#comment-68054 ]

David Honey commented on OSLCCORE-130:
--------------------------------------

All the OSLC specs follow a basic template where references, normative and/or informative, appear earlier in the document than the main body. We should be consistent across the multiple parts of the spec. Given all the current ones follow that pattern, I think the OSLC query one should do so too.
