David Honey (Persistent/IBM): David will raise issue about how a client on getting an OSLC Service Provider catalog distinguishes between Inline (where the SPC graph) fully describes a service provider, and Reference where the client has to perform a GET to drill down into the service provider details.

David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Where do people find specs?
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): For Config Mgmt, edited the document to say the document has moved to new location before the site hosting the old document is frozen.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): OASIS will continue to be the site hosting public approved specifications.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Github will be used to host draft and work-in-progress specifications.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): The new OSLC website will provide references to the OASIS hosted public specifications.
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH)1: https://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS1/
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH)1: https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS/
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): In SVN hosted specifications, we should:
1) If the latest document is the public approved, we should include a link to the current latest public spec.
2) If the document is not public, we should modify the SVN hosted document to indicate it's not the current location and provide a link tot he new location (on Github, for example).

David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Previous note agreed.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Domains has about 20 documents.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Need more automation by Respec, and need to delegate editing among several people. Too much for one person to take on.
Jim Amsden1: https://github.com/oasis-tcs/oslc-core
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): The above Github is bound by the same OASIS CLAs.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Process for getting approval for participation in TCs is difficult in IBM.
Nick, Ian, and David (as Persistent employees) may find it is easier to get approval to sign the CLA for OASIS Open Projects through Persistent.

Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH)1: https://oasis-open-projects.org/
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Everyone (whether employed or not) has to sign their own individual CLA - in many organisations, they will want legal scrutiny and approval for such individual CLAs.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): There is also an Entity CLA that needs to be signed by a company that has any employees participating in OASIS open projects.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): For the moment, recommendation is:
1) Continue to submit issues either on Jira or Github.
2) Continue to edit specs on Github.
Business as usual.

David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Meeting adjourned.
