Hi Jim - Hmm. Interesting. I had a ticket assigned to
me by Martin. See https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2780.
Initially the ticket came in labelled Wiki but I confirmed with Martin
that he meant to select JIRA before proceeding. 

If you all don't want it, I will take it down.
