Subject: RM Specification - Ready for Technical review
Hi The RM Specification is now ready for a technical review. Unless you want to use git, you can download a copy of the oslc-domains folder from
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/oslc-domains. The RM specs is under the file “rm/requirements-management-spec.html” which can then be opened using a webbrowser. Please note that the issue on how the specification relates to OSLC 3.0 or OSLC Core 2.0 remains open (See report
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/oslc-domains/issues/5) This is reflected as inconsistent way of referring to Core 2.0 & 3.0 in the document. For Example: ·
1.Introduction states: “This specification builds on the Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) Core v2.0 Specification” ·
2.1 Compliance states: “This specification is based on [OSLCCore3].” ·
2.2 Specification Versioning states: “See Core Specification Version 2.0 - Specification Versioning.” ·
2.4 Resource Formats states: “In addition to the requirements for resource representations in [OSLCCore3],…” I tried to keep the text similar to the original
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/RmSpecificationV2, while copying some language changes from the QM specs. Most notably, I replaced the use of “Service Provider” & “Service Consumer” with Server & Client respectively. regards ______________________________ Jad El-khoury, PhD KTH Royal Institute of Technology School of Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechatronics Division Brinellvägen 83, SE-100 44 Stockholm, Sweden Phone: +46(0)8 790 6877 Mobile: +46(0)70 773 93 45 |
