David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Gray needs to get approval from his manager then sign the individual CLA.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/projects/cla/projects-view-entity-cla
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Launch date is 8th May.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Previous discussion: Use same repo for core and domains, but separate repo for tools.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Plan is to only move OPEN issues. Closed ones will remain in existing JIRA.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Andrew - fine with moving and merging Domains Wiki/specs to same new repo as Core.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): but with issues, we ought to shed any domains issues that are closed or no longer relevant.

Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH): https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OSLCCORE-53?jql=project%20%3D%20OSLCCORE%20AND%20issuetype%20in%20standardIssueTypes()%20AND%20status%20in%20(Open%2C%20New)%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Unresolved%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC%2C%20created%20ASC%2C%20updated%20DESC
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Jim: Volunteers to migrate issues. Should replicate labels to keep tagging of issues.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): There is still the issue that migration is limited by number of API calls before hitting limit that required waiting for 1 hour.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Existing issues on Guthub Core will remain, that Github moves to new organization.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): s/Guthub/Github/
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Might be some reorg, such as keep the core specs under a separate Core folder.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Jim: Will propose new folder org.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Jim: Quality Management will be first spec. Will nee Respec changes for that.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Nick hopes to get Respec changes done by end of May.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Respec will be moved from Nick's personal Github to OASIS one.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Nick would prefer shape checker and Respec to be in same repo.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Has been no merging of Respec with Steve Speicher's version or W3C.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Jim: Long term goal, have OASIS take ownership of Respec so it can be used across other OASIS open projects.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Nick: flatten OASIS and W3C to single source, separate out OSLC-specific parts.
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH): We are... 2500 commits behind
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH): https://github.com/ndjc/respec
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH): https://github.com/w3c/respec
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH):
Andrew Berezovskyi (KTH): I love this part in https://github.com/w3c/respec#getting-started:"You don't need to check-out or fork this repository."
Gray Bachelor:Gray has gained internal approval and submitted a CLA
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): First open project meeting - first after ballots announced.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Should dissolve members for current OASIS TC.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Focus areas:
1) Domains specs nearing publication, e.g. Quality Management
2) Draft specs for TRS, Config Management, Query
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Andrew: Wants to review domains issues.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Jim: Would prefer focus on deliverables - many specs are years after original goals for publication.
David Honey (Persistent/IBM): Work on issues should be those that block making progress on deliverables, such as TRS spec.
