OSLC standards enable software lifecycle tools to share data, making it easy and practical to integrate tools from many vendors that support the phases of developing, deploying, and monitoring software. OSLC represents a simple approach to tool integration. By using the architecture of the Web and Linked Data, OSLC connects resources managed by heterogeneous lifecycle tools.
